Situated on the street line that connects the Duke’s Palace and Te Palace, San Sebastiano Palace has been named the City Museum since 2005.

Inside of the history and art of the museum, the visitor is guided through more than one hundred works that narrate the symbolic moments of Mantova’s cultural history. Modern technology and multimedia permit the contextual and artistic elaboration of works therefore offering a complete understanding of the connection between the City Museum and the surrounding territory.
